The Baxter City Council will conduct a special meeting on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at 12:30 p.m. at the Baxter City Hall, 13190 Memorywood Dr., Baxter, MN.   The purpose of the meeting is for consideration of easing regulations in response to Governor Walz’s Executive Order 20-56.
